Compliance Policy Meta Platform Data Deletion Protocol

Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms and global privacy regulations (GDPR & CCPA), Legentic provides automated, self-service mechanisms for workspace administrators and connected account owners to revoke authorizations and permanently purge stored communication data.

1. Self-Service Channel Disconnection via Workspace

  1. Sign in to your Legentic account at Legentic Login.
  2. Navigate to Connected Channels (/channels).
  3. Locate the active Facebook Page, Instagram Account, or WhatsApp Cloud phone number.
  4. Click Disconnect. This action immediately invalidates stored OAuth access tokens, unregisters incoming webhook events, and halts message processing for that channel.

2. Revoking Permissions via Meta Accounts

  1. Log in to your Facebook / Meta Business Manager account.
  2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
  3. Find Legentic in the list of authorized integrations.
  4. Click Remove. Meta will immediately dispatch a signed data deletion callback to our webhook handler, triggering automated record cleanup.

3. Complete Workspace Data Purge Request

To request an immediate and total deletion of all historical workspace conversation records, customer contact phone numbers, and uploaded vector documents, send an email to privacy@legentic.io with the subject line Data Deletion Request including your workspace tenant ID. Requests are processed within 24 hours.
