Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Legentic's multi-channel customer communications software, automated response platform, and associated integrations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a workspace or connecting messaging channels (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, or WhatsApp Business) to Legentic, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Platform Services & Automated Operations
Legentic provides automated customer communication services. Automated responses are generated based on your configured business guidelines, trained documents, and persona settings. Workspace administrators maintain full control and may switch to human representative takeover at any time in the Live Inbox.
3. Messaging Policies & Compliance
You agree to use Legentic in compliance with all applicable communication regulations and platform messaging policies (including Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy). You may not use the platform for unsolicited bulk spam, harassment, or unlawful activities.
4. Termination & Disconnection
You may disconnect connected messaging channels or cancel your workspace at any time. Upon workspace termination, access to the platform terminates and data retention follows our Privacy Policy and automated data deletion protocols.
