- OAuth Authorization: Official platform tokens required to deliver automated customer communications.
- Customer Messaging Records: Inbound inquiries and automated responses processed in your Live Inbox.
2. Data Utilization
Collected information is utilized strictly to provide automated customer support and communication management:
- Delivering instant automated customer responses according to your configured business rules and knowledge base.
- Maintaining thread history in your workspace Live Inbox for human agent review.
- We do not sell, rent, or distribute customer communications to third-party advertisers.
- We do not utilize customer communications to train third-party public foundation AI models.

All platform data is protected using enterprise-grade encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Workspace administrators retain complete ownership of their communication data and may request data deletion or channel disconnection at any time via our automated data deletion endpoints.
